Refund Policy
Legal Services
Due to the personalized nature of our legal consultations and services, refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced. However, if a service is canceled before initiation, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
Clients may request rescheduling of services subject to availability by contacting us through our contact form. Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

For digital informational materials, refunds are provided only if access has not been granted or if significant defects are identified. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
